Great Herbs Omelette
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
2 cups egg replacement
1 herb arrangement tarragon, Italian parsley and chives
– fresh ground pepper
1 cup raw broccoli, sliced
1 cup raw mushrooms, sliced
PREPARATION:
Slice all the herbs independently and reserve 4 sprigs of tarragon or parsley for garnish. Return to the heat and include 1/4 of the sliced herbs and pepper. Stop the stirring and permit the omelette to set.
