Easy dinner meals make life a lot easier for us.

Roast Chicken
1 whole chicken, about pounds
butter
salt and pepper
1 whole bulb of garlic (optional), with the outdoors papery layers removed
Pre-heat the oven to 375ºF.

Olive oil or grease
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper
Start preparing the veggies as rapidly as the chicken stays in the oven.
