Great Herbs Omelette
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
2 cups egg replacement
1 herb plan tarragon, Italian parsley and chives
– fresh ground pepper
1 cup raw broccoli, sliced
1 cup raw mushrooms, sliced
PREPARATION:
Slice all the herbs separately and reserve 4 sprigs of tarragon or parsley for garnish. Go back to the heat and consist of 1/4 of the chopped herbs and pepper. Stop the stirring and allow the omelette to set.
