Raw Vegetables with Soy-Ginger Sauce
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
* 1/4 C. soy sauce
* 1/4 C. water
* 1 tsp. sherry
* 1 1/2 T. fresh ginger, grated
* 1 tsp. grease
* 1/2 tsp. sugar
* 3 carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
* 1 head broccoli or cauliflower florets
* 5 button mushrooms
PREPARATION:
Mix the soy sauce and all remaining active components aside from the veggies. Strain the liquid soy mix, to eliminate the ginger strings from it, and put over the raw veggies.

Mix the soy sauce and all remaining active components other than the veggies. Let stand for 30 minutes. In the meantime, piece and slice the veggies and toss them together in a bowl. Strain the liquid soy mix, to remove the ginger strings from it, and put over the raw veggies.
